So with the recent changes in 8.2.5 made it so you couldn't as easily get insanity outside of combat as Spriest, which has caused many spriests, like myself (or actually an alt, but i play it for some mythic progress fights), to get insanity by either pulling boss and resetting or spamming shadow crash, but then mind sear in order for it to not drop.
